It’s bubbly and quasi danceable while still asking the most important question of them all, “who’s around when you can’t be strong?” The answer? Mint chocolate chip ice cream.

Hailing from Portland, Oregon, The Thermals are a post-pop-punk trio with influences heavily rooted in both lo-fi, as well as standard rock.

Currently on tour to support their latest release, “Desperate Ground”, the Thermals will be stopping in Vancouver at Fortune Sound Club on April 26th. Joining them will be British Columbian post-punk outfit Peace, who just released their sophmore full-length “The World Is Too Much With Us.”

Tickets are currently available online for $15.00. Please note this is an early show: Doors 7:00pm, Show 8:30pm, End 11:00pm.
